Services

Everything a practice needs online, and nothing it doesn't.

Prices are here because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out what something costs. Most people start with the free snapshot and decide from there.

Practice Website

A professional, fast, ethics-aware website built on a system that can't drift into looking cheap or breaking your compliance.

Clear on fees and what you treat, built to be found locally, and easy for you to update yourself.

No testimonial sections that put your license at risk. The guardrails your profession requires are built in, not bolted on — which means the site can’t quietly drift out of compliance the first time someone adds a page.

Discoverability & SEO Assessment

Exactly where you appear when someone searches for a therapist like you — including inside the directories where most clients actually look.

I show you where you turn up in Google, in your neighborhood, and inside the directories like Psychology Today. Then I tell you what’s costing you inquiries and what to fix first.

Most web people can’t do the directory-ranking part, because they don’t know how therapy clients search. I do.

Compliant Practice Setup

HIPAA-aware Google Workspace configuration — the signed agreements, the settings almost everyone gets wrong, and intake that reaches you securely.

The business associate agreements actually signed. The settings almost everyone gets wrong, set correctly. Intake forms that flow to you securely instead of through a contact form that was never compliant to begin with.

Ongoing Discoverability Monitoring

Monthly checks on your rankings and directory presence, so you find out when something slips before your calendar does.

Rankings move. Directories reshuffle. Profiles get quietly deprioritized when a competitor upgrades theirs.

You find out when it happens rather than three months later, when the referrals have already thinned out.

The Founding Bundle

Website, compliant setup, and your first assessment — built together as one coherent presence, where every piece reinforces the others.

The three pieces above, designed together instead of bolted together. The assessment shapes what the website emphasizes; the compliant setup means the inquiries that website earns actually arrive somewhere safe.

This is the version I’d want if I were opening a practice.

Questions I get asked

Who do you work with?

Therapists and counselors who have gone private-pay, or are about to. I take a small number of clients at a time, mostly in and around Portland, so the work stays personal.

Do I own the website?

Yes, outright. The code, the content, and the domain are yours, and you can take them elsewhere whenever you want. The monthly fee is for hosting and for having someone who answers when something breaks — it isn’t a lock-in.

Can I update it myself?

Yes. You get a simple editor for the things that change — fees, availability, what you treat, your bio. The parts that protect you, like the ethics guardrails and the technical setup, aren’t editable by accident.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

A website isn’t “HIPAA compliant” on its own — compliance is about how protected information is handled, and that lives in your intake path, your email, and your agreements.

What I do is configure those pieces correctly: business associate agreements signed, Google Workspace settings set the way they’re supposed to be, and intake that doesn’t route client details through tools that were never built for it. I’m not your attorney or your compliance officer, and I’ll tell you plainly when something needs one.

Why won't you put testimonials on my site?

Because most licensing boards and the APA ethics code restrict soliciting testimonials from current or former clients, and a glowing quote from someone you treated is a real risk to your license.

Plenty of web shops will build you one anyway, because they don’t know. Trust gets built other ways on a therapy site, and that’s what I build instead.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with the free snapshot. It usually makes the answer obvious.
